Onondaga County's first LEED Silver-certified structure

The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses: James R. Hutton, 40, of 12 Old State Highway 58, Gouverneur, also was charged Tuesday by Gouverneur police with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failure to keep right after he was stopped on Hailesboro Street, Gouverneur police said.
