CHS student earns $40,000 scholarship
Franklin Rivera Rosas received a letter in March from the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity at the University of Washington informing him that he is one of the winners of twenty, $40,000 Costco Diversity Scholarship being offered to incoming UW minority students.

Hal Killian named granger of the year

Manson Senior Meals celebrates 25 years
For Manson, the program got its start May 6, 1988. Since 1991, Kathleen Miller has been its director, and each Friday they meet and eat at the North Shore Bible Church in Mason.
