Mansfield man accused of starting brawl at convenience store

Police charged a 34-year-old man Thursday after they say he instigated a brawl at the Quick Stop convenience store, 398 S. Diamond St. This happened after employees allegedly refused to sell him alcohol because of his highly intoxicated state, according to the police report.
