Police in Fairview Township, York County said they arrested a Harrisburg man who was in possession of nearly $2,000 worth of heroin.

Grove City resident since 1979, formerly of Warren, Pa., Charles E. Hughes, age 81, of 606 Moreland Ave., Grove City passed away in Orchard Manor, on Wednesday evening, May 8, 2013 following a 3 year illness.
