Thank god we got this grant...now we can waste $1100 of state money. Have the clerks simply card anyone under 30...I mean how hard is this????

The facts are that the State was going to award this money no matter what so I commend the Village staff for getting the $1,100 for what they stated at the board meeting simply boiled down to filling out the application. I agree that the Village staff sometimes wastes time and money but in this case applaud them for grabbing a $1,100 windfall.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Virgo

Unfortunately, this looks like being another difficult day, and, as Mars turns retrograde, certain people are quick to take offence or raise their voices. Make sure you aren't adding to the tension by doing or saying something that's provocative or even downright insulting. If you get involved in a shouting match it will be difficult to stop and you could say some nasty things in the heat of the moment.
