Police Investigate Suspicious Man Reported In Manassas

Prince William County Police are investigating reports of a suspicious person in the Ashland Subdivision in Manassas, after they've received complaints about a series of incidents involving children.

Remember, that this perpetrator is by law considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Also, please remember that the reaction of the children was apprpo, and that this could be used as an effective teaching aid by parents when counselling their children on the appropriate response to this sort of an event. Honestly it reeks of publicity hoax.

What is apprpo????

I really doubt this is publicity hoax.

And yes, this person is innocent until proven guilty and considering that he has harmed a child yet, even if police find out who he is they are not going to arrest him.
