The Makinen Senior Citizens Club will return to monthly meetings beginning the third Monday in April (20) at 1:00 P.M.. Important business to be transacted includes election of officers for 2009; selection of a new Secretary (we were saddened by the death of Margie Johnson);decision on whether we should hold a dance in May; action re: continuing membership in the Minnesota Senior Federation; as well as other business that might be "on hold" being that we have not met since November. All members are urged to attend and we especially would like to see some new people! If you are age 55+ you belong with us!! This gives us a chance to visit plus we strive to serve our community.
