WAILUKU, Maui, Hawai`i - The County of Maui Department of Fire and Public Safety is asking for the public's help in identifying the person or persons involved in the setting of eight unscheduled cane field fires over the last two months.

The National Weather Service has ISSUED a FLOOD ADVISORY for the ISLAND of MAUI until 5:00 p.m. This advisory could be extended beyond 5:00 p.m. if heavy rain persists.
