It is not a wonder to me. "Lawsuit" is Seth's middle name. I've seen Seth Bernstein use lawsuit threats to get what he wants. Sometimes it gets thrown out but sometimes he can scare people into giving in.

I guess in this case it is a matter of who has the most $$$$.

Seth's unethical behavior can be fight only with money.
