Why don't you come forward since you obviously have access to evidence or know who would know he's innocent.

Seriously, were you there the day the murder happened?

I don't get it. You come on the forum saying he innocent and someone should step up. Since you know without a shadow of a doubt he's innocent, and with such beliefs you should have proof of such yourself. Quit taking up space on the internet with this. You go to the cops and tell him hes innocent and explain yourself.

If you are his friend/relative, I am sorry about the situation, but the court of law deemed that there is enough evidence against him to find the man guilty. It will take a while to sink in, but please refrain from coming on here hoping that someone with evidence will step up because, chances are, it will not happen. It is a felony in itself to knowingly withhold evidence on capital cases. You have claimed to know the person truly guilty of the crime, if they have not been tried for it yet, you should respectfully and intellectually convince the police that your suspect could have possibly committed the murder. Going to the police station screaming and yelling "Mr. Day is Innocent, I know who did it, I know, I know, Hes not a killer" will only make them think your just an upset friend/relative and they will probably charge you with disorderly conduct. There are several good counselors in Madisonville that can assist you with your pain and anguish, but a public forum is certainly not the place for it.

Rumors on the street? So you are making an informed opinion from rumors?

Rumors get alot of people in trouble. A rumor actually made my cousins dad abandon him, he thought that his ex-wife cheated on him and that his son was not his. Lo and behold, 18 years later after a paternity test, it turns out that child was his and that the wife never did cheat.

Not on the same scale as murder for sure, but you get the point. I heard a rumor that you can polish a turd...go try that out.

Rumors get stirred up because people either A) want another outcome or B) are just getting their jollies stirring up stuff. Don't make yourself look stupid in front of the world by coming on here and making claims to his innocence when you cannot prove it.

anybody named Bradley D. Day (omar bradley, d-day general, get it?) should be allowed one murder in his life. His parents should be shot, though.
