Kentucky State Police say they are investigating a two-vehicle, injury collision that happened at the intersection of KY 630 and Beeny Lane, approximately two miles north of Manitou, on Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. KSP says the preliminary investigation revealed Thomas E. Berry, 62 of Central City, was operating a 2006 Dodge Caravan northbound on KY 630.
