I think the damn tree huggers need to stay the hell out of wv. GO back to your own state, and mind your own damn business.

maybe the tree huggers could say the same about massey energy, go back to your own state and destroy it. MESSY ENERGY has been out of control since they got here, give them an inch they will take a mile. just like w/ the coal truck issue, it wasnt good enough for them to over load the trucks they had to bring in oversize illegal trucks and start running over people and even then it wasnt our law enforcement that put a stop to it, it was groups like the tree huggers who put a stop to it. it took them a while but they are dedicated to their cause and they will win this battle against mountain top removal to simply because they are right, thats what scares you so much, right will out weigh money in the end.

I think if you read again, you will see that they are more involved then massy energy.

I completely agree with you!!! Get out of our state and mind your own business!!! Coal keeps the lights on!!! That's a FACT!! u r so right but u r missing the point, MESSY ENERGY paved the way for coal companys ignoring and breaking rules and regulations. just like w/ M.F.E.S. this should not have even been an issue, they should have moved this school years ago but due to messy energys arogance and lack of respect for the kids, once again the tree huggers had to step in and fight our battle again. i dont agree w/ everything the tree huggers stand for but it scares me to think where our state would be without them. it took about 6 years but byrd finaly spoke up and then a couple jumped on the wagon with him, all over an issue that should have been taken care of from day one.u see they are always forced to do whats right due to the tree huggers dedication, they will not give up and they will win, bet on it.

well MASSEY ENERGY is a WV company.. do you not realize the Massey coal services office is in our general area?? do you notunderstand that just because "the main office" is in virginia that there are so many offices and mines and employees here in WV??????????WAKE UP the mailing address might be VA but these are WV jobs and there are WV offices.. are you so stupid that you cant see that !!!!!!!!!!

COAL MINES is what this state is made of!! you take the jobs away than what more unemploment more people on welfare is'nt there enough all ready my dad was a miner and retired no he did not work for massey but i have family and friends that does!! I stand behind and beside the people 110% saying get the hell out of our state go some where else we dont want you or need your @sses here we have done just fine without you. i know massey has made mistakes but no one is perfect....
