Kentucky Man Indicted for Soliciting Murder
A federal grand jury in Louisville returned an indictment against Ryan Lynn Dean, age 20, of Mackville, Kentucky, in Washington County, on charges of soliciting a murder for hire, United States Attorney Candace G. Hill of the Western District of Kentucky announced today.
