Police system leads to false arrest report

A system that sucks. Lucky for this guy the media corrected the mistake.
Most the time when people get arrested for a crime they didn't commit
it's published and read on the radio, then when their found innocent, nothing is said. To bad the media and over zealous cops get to ruin
decent people and their reputations.

exactly....I wonder if it is just the small towns in lewis county or if it is every where?

You know what, people only half listen to the radio and what 90% of idiots got out of that is that he was arrested and those 90% will go around talking about it. This does nothing but hurt the person involved, what is the point of that stupid system anyway?

The half that listen to the radio then have to go blab it to the half that didn't. Or there's the people who has people arrested falsely then uses the laminated chipping from the paper to destroy the person. Anyone can have anyone arrested just by filing false charges. And the cops don't investigate. Their so happy to have an arrest in the paper to justify their big money they go and arrest and figure it's the court systems job to sort it out. Look whats happening in Lowville now with the 19 year old arrested because of house sitting. Those people are just running an insurance scam. What person in their right mind would hire and trust a 19 year old with their house (even if it is just a trailer in the ditch). They should be arrested for stupidity for trusting a kid with their home.

Same story repeated, overzealous law enforement arrest before they have all the facts. Attempt to ruin another life.
