The parents of these teens clearly have no sense of responsibility. Maybe rather than punishing the teens, the state should look into the type of upbringing they received from seemingly selfish parents. These kids need to be held accountable for their actions and that man, immigrant or not, is still a human being and should be respected and considered. They should be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
