Beachwood considers Cedar Road pedestrian bridge to link mall, Acacia Metropark

The city is contemplating building a pedestrian/bicycle bridge across Cedar Road that would connect the Beachwood Place mall property with the Acacia Reservation Metropark in Lyndhurst. At its meeting Nov. 5, Beachwood City Council approved a resolution that will have the city submit a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative Grant application to the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency .
