GAO denies protests of IRS contract award to Signet
Signet Computers Inc., now called Strong Castle Inc., will hold on to a contract from the Internal Revenue Service worth up to $80 million despite protests from two losing bidders that claimed the Leesburg-based company got the work unfairly.
