Inspector accused of groping gets probation

Former Lancaster building inspector Richard J. Pauley was found guilty of assault and battery - but not the initial indecent assault and battery charge - after a two-hour bench trial before Judge Paul L. McGill yesterday in Fitchburg District Court.
