Abbeville man charged in fatal shooting of Telfair man

Authorities in Telfair County are holding a man from here on murder charges. According to an Associated Press story, 21-year-old Anthony Travis Lomax of Abbeville, has been charged with murder in the death of a Helena man earlier in the week.
