Mary Horn, 69 and her son Michael Terry, 43, of Trinity are charged with theft of livestock. On Oct. 8, Horn allegedly sold 10 head of cattle in her name at the Nacogdoches Livestock Exchange, a Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) news release stated. Terry was arrested the following day, already on bond for felony cattle theft charges from 2008. He also allegedly had a stolen Kubota tractor. TSCRA Special Ranger Brent Mast along with the Trinity County Sheriff's Department made the arrest.
