How was he even able to get into our country? This really shows the problems we have, allowing criminal aliens to come into our country.

Puerto Rico is an American Territory - they can just come over whenever they want.

We ask Puerto Rico to vote on their status: State, Independent Country. They choose None of the Above and chose to remain a territory. I think we should take away the territory option (this isn't the 19th century!) and make them chose one way or the other.

Let's give up the Rican territory. Let 'em stay put there.

They didn't want to become a state because then they would have to pay taxes. They don't want to be an independent country because they wouldn't get money from this country. It's a win-win situation for them to remain a territory.

That's the problem. It's good to welcome people into your home and help them make a better life for themselves, but it tends to attract leeches.
