Man convicted of murdering Louisville woman wants new trial
A former Powell man convicted of killing a Louisville woman and burning her body and home has asked for a new trial. James Howard Harmon Jr., who is serving a 58-year prison sentence, appeared in Blount County Circuit Court on Wednesday alongside his latest attorney, Wesley Stone.
