I would love for someone to catch these little scum buckets. If they are minors then there parents need to be punished too. I have an idea when you catch them they should have to hold the biggest sign they can and walk up and down Main St for 2 weeks with a sign that says "Get a good look at me cause I vandalize cars" make them walk for 12 hours a day. Then they can get a job a reinburse every penny that these folks are out. Its time we make these punks take responsibilty and make them pay for there crime.
