Downey man sentenced to 1 year and 1 day in prison after pleading guilty to not reporting $3.7 million to IRS A Downey man who operated a clothing business in Los Angeles County was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison on Monday for not reporting nearly $4 million in corporate income to the Internal Revenue Service. Jose Martin Andrade Flores, 53, was also ordered by U.S. District Judge Christina A. Snyder to pay a $10,000 fine, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles.
