L.A. Council approves $7B budget

Any city that is stupid enough to not curtain discretionary spending during a turndown will get what it deserves. These leftists are just stupid. It's time to create a warchest, not spend every dime and then rely on one time revenues. Morons....we've got morons on our team.

I agree, and I'm a leftist and a city worker. If the city says it doesn't have the money, then it doesn't have the money (unless it's lying). We don't need gutless wonders on the city council caving in when people complain about getting their services cut, including libraries. So cut us. Don't keep saying, "Next time we're going to have to get tough with the budget." Get tough with it now. Stop with the bandaids, already.
