Truck Pulling Two Trailers Overturns At Tarzana Freeway Exit

“He then attempted to turn north on Tampa Avenue”

The brakes on a truck pulling two trailers failed as it exited the Ventura Freeway in Tarzana, causing the big rig to overturn, but no one was hurt, authorities said Thursday. via KNBC Los Angeles Channel 4
