This is were all the kids are dropped off on Friday night because the parents do not care about them.
I dare you to spend a Friday evening in front of the Theatres and tell me that is it is not a shame to see all those kids acting up.

It is really easy, just look at were the parents are and were the kids are. If the kids are running around and you don't see any parents, you are poor.
