Body found in Loomis identified as Del Paso Heights woman

A woman whose body was found dumped on a rural road in Loomis early Thursday morning has been identified as Charsha Rene Smith, 20, of Del Paso Heights, Placer County sheriff's officials confirmed today.

i knew charsha smith and she was a very sweet gurl wen i found out it was to late i couldnt even say good bye i feel vary sorry for her family and i will keep them in my prayers thats vary sad she was vary young with a good head on her and hope that her soul lives on love u gurl
