There's plenty of storefront to be had on Long island. Starting up elsewhere won't be too hard.

The site of the fire was a few blocks EAST of the LIRR station on East Park Avenue- NOT north.

Very possible. Everyone expects a bleeding heart and when they don’t see one, they interpret that as cruelty.
Let me give it another whirl. OMG like I can’t believe this happened!!! OMG, whatever will the business owners do? There lives are over now. Like OMG!!!
