Anyone else out there know anything else that Stover has been crooked about?

I know his dad has got him out of many JAMS

Good for the coaches. Not just gonna take it from the Man. Too often folks we are supposed to trust abuse their power and just get away with bs. Not sure I'd have the gonads to go up against an entire city or the state police. Something funky definitely happened here and I hope everyone that tried to use their position to further lies have to suffer consequences.

I caught Mike sleeping in his squad car, that's why they have cameras inside now. He's a cancer! Daddy Stover, are you going to save him? He can't forge his time cards now!

So... What's up with this other hazing incident?... SINCE he brought it up in the lawsuit. What are the details?

The ONLY reason the illustrious coach did NOT go to trial was that one of the boys recanted on his statement- These kids went through such a traumatic experience, even if it may have been exaggerated, they're KIDS- both the ones who were "abused" or merely threatened and bullied, and the "perpetrators" or bullies- THEY were not in charge, and a young teen-ager feeling threatened and unprotected does not need the coach,the supposed "adult" saying that essentially, it's all about him, and HE's suffered SOOO much- we have a few young men who are psychologically damaged FOR LIFE here- and HE's worried that the police might have erred on the side of protecting our kids?? That "coach" needs to get over himself, and be glad he's not up on more charges for being too self centered to EVER coach again. The focus should be on the kids he was BASHING in the media- no wonder the kid recanted- who needs it? A year or two is a LIFETIME when you're a High School student, and he wanted to just forget it. I've seen rape victims do the same against persons of power and influence. They get away with it because of the intimidation and shame they feel; their vicyims are impacted for life.
Mr. Baia is out to find anyone he can bully, and sees this as his cash cow- the feeling of entitlement this man displays is over the top! Get back to work! and if any parents in Wilson have half a brain, you'll keep your kids away from this arrogant, self serving egomaniac who will throw you and your child under the bus with the rest of the kids he's hired to help should you ever dare to question or disagree with him!

Fools! Can't you see what is going on here. This guy Stover, who is just a regular Joe, went to the DA and LIED...four months later when the case was falling apart because of a personal vandetta that he had, and started his statement out that he was a cop, which makes him an agent of the city, not a regular Joe. This guy is dirty and has a file 3 inches thick to prove it, FOIL his employee records and find out for yourself. Not to mention all of the other people that tried to frame the coach, including the kids that LIED when their parents told them to. If those kids are damaged for life as you say, perhaps you should be blaming their parents, the dirty cops and the ADA with an agenda instead of facts.

He is back to work teaching and COACHING and doing a stand up job. That's gotta really piss you off and I love it. He has done amazing things for Wilson and its soccer program and no bs that you spew here will ever change that.

Get your facts straight. This lawsuit will be the coach's avenue to once and for all clear the air and hold people accountable, including cowards that have posted lies like you on this blog.

And a little off topic...how dare you insult those that have been raped by using the term rape in your response. MEDICAL REPORTS SHOWED NO INJURIES!!

The only kid in this whole thing that can claim "psychological damage," is the one who was coined the "whistle blower" on ESPN (by dad) only to find out his father killed someone 20 years ago, mother pops pills, and then his father bullied the coach a month ago at his soccer practice.

This little harmless "exaggeration" as you call it has cost 7 kids their lives as they knew it. Let's not forget to mention the "trauma" the other kids had to go through during the relentless and multiple interrogations the NYSP held to TRY to get something, anything, to exagerate even further, and most importantly, the tarnishing of two very well deserved respected reputations and put a blemish on an amazing community and school district.

Boo freaking hoo. You have no idea what you are talking about. The judicial system pretty much deemed there were no victims so your statement is ridiculous. And even though there WAS NO CRIME, the kids that were accused and the coaches that were accused have very different lives whether you want to believe that or not.
Oh, and Mike Stover's girlfriend Debbie Diez's son was sooooo traumatized that he is now playing Varsity soccer for the very same coach he was traumatized by. PLEASE! Give us all a break. If any of the "bus incident" was true then she should be charged with endangering the welfare of her own child for allowing him to play under his supervision. And the one kid who was supposed to have been the "victim" that got treated the worst...he goes to another school, but is at all of the football games and is ALWAYS on school grounds. Yeah-he is traumatized, sure!
It was all a big fat waste of time and money because as someone up above said an "exaggeration". Shame! Shame on those kids for letting the lie go when they knew it was a lie and shame on their parents for perpetuating it, and shame on the police and DA for trying to make something out of nothing.
And just to ruffle your feathers a little more...both coaches are back to teaching and coaching and are doing a phenomenal job at both! Just look at their records so far - Wilson is lucky to have them!!!

They do go to another school to fluff up their lawsuits against the school district. Hope your cousin will testify to what you just said because this is slander if he won't! I doubt it really happened...so...I have very reasonable rates and I represent liars all the time, can probably settle this for under $10grand. Let me know if you need some help.
