Roads in Livermore and Red Feather Lakes are snow-packed and icy as heavy snow continued to fall mid-morning. The storm is forcing Western Ridge, the lone restaurant between Livermore and Red Feather Lakes, to close just after lunchtime, owner Cheryl Franz said.
