Judge orders Livermore and Industry to pay attorneys' fees

A judge has ordered the cities of Livermore and Industry to pay more than $250,000 in attorneys' fees, including nearly $78,000 to the city of Fillmore , for the costs of successfully defending a lawsuit over a sales tax deal.
