And Zoning, BOH, and screaming NIMBY'ers who combine to block any attempt to run a dishwasher or grill. We could have had restaurants instead of the ugly warehouse out near Aggregate.

Overlay schmoverlay the road sourced run off stream behind the Banks and Donelans is constantly cited as the reason why a restaurant cannot be located on 119, near the common. Until it is recognized for what it really is the sanctimonious clowns on the BOH will never permit and restaurants.
