Upset for Oakland Mayor

Oakland borough elected a new mayor in last week's election. Republican Randy Glover defeated Democratic incumbent Wendy Durkin with a 14 vote margin, 59-45. Write-in votes determined the mayor's race outcome in some boroughs.
