MCSO: 2-year-old drowns in W. Valley
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the drowning that happened near Dysart and Bethany Home roads in Litchfield Park around 1:15 p.m. MCSO says the little girl was part of a gathering of several parents and children and her parents lost track of her for between two and five minutes.
