Former Jersey City resident Lou Manzo, who served as a Hudson County freeholder and a state assemblyman, has written his first novel -- and third book -- "An Irish Lullaby,'' which brings him back to his local roots. Now a resident of Belmar, he's pictured there at the Church of St. Rose.
