Lincoln Man Faces Second 15-Year License Suspension

A 50-year-old Lincoln man has been sentenced to up to six years in prison and had his driver's license suspended for 15 years -- for a second time.

maybe if our world would address the correct problem with mental issues we wouldn't have so much of this...speaking from family expecience....
