LINCOLN CITY, Ore. Residents of Lincoln City were still recovering Monday from a rare Northwest tornado that wreaked havoc Friday night.

Aurora police are searching for a man and woman suspected in a September fraud case ... without a clear idea of when or where the initial crime took place.

LINCOLN CITY, Ore. - The National Weather Service has confirmed that it was a tornado that tore through a coastal area of Lincoln City over the weekend and packed winds that reached 85 mph.

At about 9:54 last night residents saw a large waterspout tornado come onshore and move inland about three blocks.
