The second meeting scheduled for Oct. 15th will be just as important as the first on the 24th of Sept. We must make it be known to the board of commissioners that we are watching every move in regards to this re-zoning. The Lancaster's say that they don't want more than four or five houses developed on the property, but the problem lies within the zoning change. If the commission allows this lot to be re-zoned as low density residential it won't matter what the current owners want; it will be up to the individual owners of the parcels to do what the law allows.
