On Friday Liberty High School students met a young man today who almost died in one of those accidents six years ago - and he still suffers some of the effects today.

Jerry Hagmeier of Quincy and Randy Sims of Liberty were declared winners in the April 9 consolidated election and were seated as members of the John Wood Community College Board of Trustees during a special board meeting held on May 1 at the College's campus in Quincy.

In addition to asking the athletic department to raise approximately 20 percent of its budget for at least next year, the Pikeland School Board is looking at other ways to increase revenue.
