Carmen Huertas, Drunk Driver

People are getting crazy. If this is her first offense she should still never get her license back. She isn't worthy of the privilege.

This miserable bitch should definitely be charged with murder and given the maximum sentence.
The others who noticed that she was drunk and didn't either take the keys away, or call the police right away should also

That should have ended with; "should also be facing charges."

I hope she gets the full 15 years. That's not enough for the life of that poor little girl but the max allowed.

What's worse is the other parents that were there, knew she was drunk and let their kids go with her. At least he got his anchor out.

He took HIS son out of the car but not HER daughter or the other girls. The guy only was concerned about his own blood.

I guess we are all mistaken that a good mother would take 7 girls with her in a car while drunk, taunt them about crashing, and then kiling one of them when she actually does crash.

Can't they add some type of child abuse to the charges? Her taunting should be enough for that.

Wow and she has a freakin defense lawyer?? Don't these lawyers ever have shame for defending people who are just scum and obviously deserve jail time? Honestly, she wasn't even that drunk to be acting like an idiot and taunting the girls about crashing.

She was almost twice the legal limit (.13) which someone her size would be wasted.

LI..i don't think that he was concerned just about his son...he was a stepfather to her daughter i believe...did he not have a conscience? i think in that moment he was def think he was confused & freaking out....i would have gotten to HER first & foremost...by the fkn hair & knocked her unconcious...the keys would have been the easiest...if he had to take his son from a car seat, he had enough time to save these kids....
