Tour de Farm peddles vegetarian menu

For a country club chef tasked with preparing a banquet for 40, going meatless is a "curve ball." But how else would bicycle riders touring from one Athens -area farm to the next - let alone the farmers hosting them - prefer meals? "They threw me a curve ball.
