Number One-I heard the victim was unarmed. Number Two-The shooter was outside his residence. How in the world does that equal self-defense. If the shooter felt threatened he could have easily went inside his home and called 911. Self-defense is a tremendous stretch in this situation. Since this man has yet to be arrested and charged, if leaves me wondering who he is related to on or within the justice department in his area or what incriminating information does he have on someone in the justice department there. According to his own testimony, Mr. Wood only took two steps towards him before he shot him. Self-defense from what? "Words?".

IM GLAD THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE OUT THERE BESIDES MY FAMILY THAT SEE A WRONG IN THIS WHOLE SITUATION.ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW THAT BARRY KILLED MY DAD,AND YET,THE MAN IS STILL WALKING AROUND.MY DAD WAS INDEED UNARMED AND ONLY GOING TO BORROW A POWER TOOL FROM HIM,BARRY HAD CALLED HIM TO TELL HIM TO COME AND GET IT.HE WENT AROUND TOWN DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOOTING BRAGGING THAT HE WAS GOING TO KILL BOTH MY COUSIN AND MY DAD.WHO CARRIES A SHOT GUN OUT WITH THEM WHILE CHANGING THEIR OIL AS BARRY CLAIMS.RIGHT,NOBODY.AND WHY WAS BARRY SHOOTING AT MY COUSIN AFTER HE HAD ALREADY KILLED MY DAD.ITS OUTRAGIOUSLY RIDICULOUS HOW MESSED UP THE COURT SYSTEM IS IN ALABAMA.IF IT HAPPENED HERE IN INDIANA,BARRY WOULD HAVE BEEN BEHIND BARS ALREADY.WHO DOES BARRY KNOW IN THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT?THATS A REALLY GOOD QUESTION,OR DOES HE HAVE DIRT ON SOMEONE IN THERE IS THAT WHY HE HASNT BEEN CHARGED YET?I HOPE AND PRAY JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.I WANT HIS FAMILY TO FEEL THE PAIN AS I DID.LAYING MY FATHER TO REST WAS THE HARDEST THING IN THE WORLD.THIS WAS NOT SELF DEFENSE,THIS WAS COLD HEARTED MURDER.

Didn't they say it would be brought up before the grand jury to see if charges should be filed?

When does the grand jury meet?

What were the results of the grand jury? I certainly hope that charges were filed. There isn't any reason why this man should be walking free..please tell me he was arrested and not let out on bail until the grand jury met...Love to you and your family Veronica..Sis

the grand jury never met.i guess it got postponed until sometime this month.barry has not spent one single day in jail since this happened.and now i have my doubts that it will ever happen.from what i heard he knows someone within the court system(or that his mother does) ill keep u updated with the grand jury when and if it ever happens.its been over 3 months now since this happened.what is the court system doing down there?if it happened here in indiana,he would have been in jail and not let out until he proved himself not guilty.and thank you sis.your support is greatly appreciated

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Leo

It's hard to pin down a certain person today because they're being so vague and dithery. Ask them a question and they'll vacillate or be unable to give you a straight answer. You might suspect them of deceitful goings on but it's far more likely that they're simply in a world of their own and can't keep their mind on anything for long. Don't worry, they'll soon be back on planet earth.
