DA: LIers among 19 who scammed Medicaid for $350G

But Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau said 19 suspected scammers, including four from Long Island , who cheated Medicaid out of more than $350,000 in benefits either did not live in New York City, as they claimed, or had incomes too high to get the benefits.
