SCOTLAND , S.D. The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the identity of the man killed in a one-vehicle rollover east of Scotland on Thursday.

Authorities say a Lesterville man involved in a rollover accident in northwest Yankton County died from his injuries.

Hail estimated at 4 inches in diameter was reported southwest of Mitchell as powerful thunderstorms rolled through the area early this afternoon, according to preliminary reports from the National Weather Service.

A tornado warning is continuing for eastern Bon Homme County and northern Yankton County in southeast South Dakota.
