Lightning pierces Lenox Dale home
A lightening strike ignited a fire that heavily damaged the inside of a $1.5 million home in the Lenox Dale section of town late Wednesday afternoon, local fire officials said.
Shea Carlson drove in seven runs with two swings Tuesday. Carlson hit a three-run home run in the third inning, and followed it with a fourth-inning grand slam as Dalton routed Lenox Dale 17-2. "He went up there trying to look at the ball better, not overswing," Dalton coach Ken Pease said.
