At a board meeting Thursday, Charter Day School, Inc. directors approved their schools' budgets for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins July 1. The spending plans call for 935 students at Charter Day School in Leland, 890 at Columbus Charter School in Whiteville and 80 at Douglass Academy in Wilmington.
