Driver cleared in couple's deaths

The head-on collision that killed a North Brookfield couple in Leicester last year was a 'terrible accident,' but there was not enough evidence to continue a trial of the driver whose vehicle crossed the road and slammed into the couple's car, a judge ruled yesterday.
