I have been testing it. It all depends on where you stop. If you stop "late" where you can actually see the traffic lanes going West on 518, you will get a ticket, even though you have completely stopped, and in my case, was still for 80 seconds. When I see the flash of the camera, I mark down the time. Sure enough....I got a letter in the mail today at that exact time.
I think people are gonna get mad because they are stopping, but will get a ticket because they didn't stop at the time the picture was taken. Good luck all! |

It seems to me League City needs a way to pay for those fancy new cruisers, so up go the cameras. I might as well hand in my license now and save the hassle of losing it due to this. Totally agree with last poster - I came to a stop where I could see the traffic and sure enough by the time I was stopped there goes the flash. They need to adjust the settings, this is totally BS!
