Now do you nay-sayers still think "firefighter" is so great? or should I say, wunderful?
Freeman will talk...he made a plea bargain and his penalty depends on how much he tells. It looks like some of you will have crow to eat!!!

Firefighter (whoever he is) did wonderful for our city. He served with honor, dignity, and looked out for the interest of the citizens.
Why do people make such a big deal that he was taking bribe money, was in the hip-pocket of Big D and was not being honest with other commissioners and citizens. What's the big deal? Let's not talk about the massive city debt he and others help create, then it will magically go away.
I have seen many of you at interstate rest stops getting cash money. The money firefighter and his wife got was loans. Firefighter just forgot to abstain from voting for contracts that dealt with Big D. He just plain forgot he got bribe money. His wife was working as a consultant, researching Big D contracts.
Come on, everybody makes mistakes.
The land he was given was going to be a new place to practice fire-fighting techniques, he just forgot to tell everyone.
Get ready, as funny as this might sound, people will make excuses and this is what we will be hearing.

The sad truth is, firefighter and Barnes' other yes boys on the city commission still have their defenders.
Like you say, show me how 200 million in debt is good or how it was necessary.
And the whole time I thought it was just feeding massive egos.

Well Bob, according to the news, Freeman has already admitted it was a "bribe". How can fireman say he was selling sports memoribila now because the truth is surfacing? But as Bill stated, the sad truth is that they will still have their defenders. I guess they like the high taxes and the 200 million debt they incurred for us all. Corruption at its best.

Hold on, did we say the golf manager as a long time employee shouldn't have been fired? Wasn't that where the after hour sex parties were being held when the sheriff's dept caught several people in various stages of, well you know, a couple of years ago?

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Aquarius

Unfortunately it won't take much to get your wires crossed, especially if you're trying to keep track of your Christmas preparations. It's hard to work out what still needs to be done. A member of the family is away with the fairies or is being completely fanciful. It's a pest because that sort of behavior can make you feel anxious and harassed.
